WHAT IS BIKE N' BUS?

A transport service for cyclists travelling with their bikes. The bus is equipped with a trailer with capacity to transport 30 bikes through the cycling route “Lunga Via delle Dolomiti” that connect Cortina with Calalzo.

THE SERVICE:

The bus service supports cyclists who wish to travel the cycling route “Lunga Via delle Dolomiti” between  Cortina and Calalzo.  It runs from Calalzo railway station which has rail-connections from Venice, Treviso and Padua. Travelling up through the Boite Valley you will arrive at Cortina d’Ampezzo, from where you can return to Calalzo by bike following the cycling route along the old railway line (approx. 36km).

From Cortina the Bike ‘n Bus service continues on to Misurina, from where you can return by bike to Calalzo via Carbonin, the Cimabanche pass and Cortina (approx. 61km) or via Auronzo (approx. 41km).

Reservations are recommended in order to guarantee availability of the bike transport.
