SWIMMING-POOL CORTINA
The Swimming pool is open to the public in the Summer and in the Winter Season.
The hours are flexible so as to give everybody the opportunity to find a suitable time to practise swimming, or to attend a course – swimming and gym-swimming courses. Solarium. Swimming instructors for individual or group lessons both for beginners and athletes, and for gym-swimming.
Swimming costumes, towels, and bathing-caps (compulsory) can be hired.
Rates
The G.I.S. Cortina (Sports Facilities Management), to promote the permanent use of the swimming-pool by the residents and the guests, offers all the advantages of the "Free Pass for Cortina's Swimming-pool". The pass entitles to limitless access, during the opening hours, on a monthly basis.
Multy-day skipass holders are entitled to a 50% reduction on the daily rate only during the hours when the swimming-pool is open to the public.
The swimming-pool is located in Guargnè area. By car, from the center of Cortina, take the SS51 road direction Dobbiaco. Turn right just before the Trieste Hotel and keep going up until biforcation. Then turn left .
By walk, along the old railway track until you will arrive in Verocai area, where there is an intersection. Turn right, taking the uphill road for a short time, then turn left at the following biforcation.
By local bus-line 8a - will bring you right to the swimming pool or take the - line 4 - , get off at the stop in Verocai area, in front of the little church and walk uphill for a short time.
