There is a deep link between food and love. All we need is to add a little healthy living in the open air and we have the perfect formula for celebrating.
Begin your day skiing on our lovely snow-covered slopes, followed by a meal in one of the numerous “rifugi” in the area. During “lovers’ week” (from 11 to 17 February) Sandrone and his wife Paola, of the Rifugio Averau, propose a special dish: heart-shaped ravioli with meat filling garnished with spices and truffle.
The meal will be offered at half price to the lady of the couple if she brings with her a printed copy of this page.
