The chef Gigi Da Riz, tireless in his search for new flavours and fragrances, presents "CICHETI, TAPAS, STREET FOOD, BOCòI.", an original menu which aims to entertain while rediscovering the "kitchen of the street", popular food which surprises and delights with its instense flavours.  
 
A carousel of tastes ranging from sauces and starters, foie-gras and seafood.A menu where Gigi's imagination accesses the senses of the palate with the experimentation and spontaneity of an innovative kitchen, while at the same time reminiscent of the region's traditional flavours.
 
The event is part of a culinary festival organized by the association AltoGusto.
