Ivan and his mother Anna take it in turns to cook traditional mountain dishes of the Dolomites, and the service is excellent. On request, they can organise dinners based on the characteristic “canederli” from starter to dessert, or with shin of pork or grilled meat and vegetables.

The wine cellar offers a wide selection for connoisseurs, from the wines of the South Tyrol and indeed from all over Italy to those from Chile .

On autumn Sundays, when the golden larches colour the valley, Mamma Anna prepares “Tirkle”, made according to an ancient Badia Valley recipe.
