Starting from winter season 2004/2005 skiing at Dolomiti Superski becomes even more convenient. New and free of charge chip cards for all skipasses allow automatic and handsfree access to lift facilities. This means comfortable and contact-free passage through the lift star handle.
Dolomiti Superski has put a great effort into the change of the ticket system in the whole ski area. The free of charge issue – to be precise, the issue without deposit - of the convenient chip cards to all customers is unique worldwide. The winter sports enthusiasts of Dolomiti Superski will now receive on purchase of their skipasses – no matter if they buy the skipass only for the valley, or regional skipass or daily pass or weekly pass – a chip ticket for a contact-free passage at the lifts. The new chip card automatically opens the admission devices.
There are two different kind of chip cards: the chip card with a small saving capacity for skipasses up to 7 days as well as debit cards and the personal my dolomiti skicard with name and photograph from the 8 days-skipass to the seasonal skipass, which have a recharging capacity.
Thanks to the recycling idea of rechargability, fewer lift cards are thrown away. Dolomiti Superski wants to promote this added value thought. Therefore the rechargeable my dolomiti skicard is also available for daily passes up to 7 days-skipasses. If ordered in advance online and collected in the skipass office the first time, the "my dolomiti skicard" for skipasses up to 7 days is free of charge. Otherwise the rechargeable chip card for skipasses up to 7 days costs € 3.00 at the point of sale.
