In San Vito there are 14 km of intermediate slopes with 2 chairlifts and 1 skilift, the parking areas are close to the lifts.
Skiers may also choose among the 5 ski-areas of nearby Cortina: Faloria-Tondi, Cristallo-Mietres, Tofana, Socrepes-Pocol, Falzarego-Cinque Torri. 140 km of ski slopes in total from the easiest ones for beginners to the intermediate slopes, to the steepest and most challenging ones. Rating percentage is as follows: 33% blue, 62% red, 5% black.
Access to the ski-slopes is ensured by a convenient skibus service that from Borca Centro Vacanze (Holiday Centre) connects all the lifts .

Sport activities
San Vito Cross-country
ski centre offers 15 km of tracks. Other tracks are in Cortina, at Fiames, and at the Tre Croci Pass: 75 km of well-groomed, marked tracks both for classic and skating techniques.
In addition, one may also practise ice-skating, or enjoy an exhilarating ride by sledge or have a leisurely stroll.
Free services
Skipass holders are entitled to the free skibus service connecting the ski slopes of the whole ski-area from Borca di Cadore to Cortina.
Throughout the whole winter season, children under 8 years of age will have a free skipass, provided one of the parents purchases a multi-day skipass.
A free mini club on the snow is available for the youngest guests, with guided activities.
Some Hotels offer a free bus transfer service from/and to Venice and Treviso Airport.
Beginners are given special consideration. The ski-school area is equipped with a tapis roulant to go uphill and learning times are considerably reduced.
Near the ski-school area there are a ski-school office and a ski-service centre where one can hire or leave the ski-equipment or have it repaired.
In the same area a mini club playground is available free of charge for the youngest guests who will be taken care of with guided activities.

Both the Valley Skipass and the Dolomiti Superski pass are valid on all the 51 lifts of our valley. Daily passes can be purchased in San Vito ski-area.
There are special offers for families: a free skipass for children under 8 years of age and a 30% discount on the price of the multi-day skipasses for teenagers under 16.
There is a very interesting new offer: parents with children under 3 can purchase a single multi-day skipass and ski in turns while the other parent can stay with the child.
In San Vito there are two official Ski-schools with about 40 instructors. The schools offer the following services: group classes, both for children and expert skiers, individual lessons, carving and snowboard practice, skiing excursions in the Valley or in the Dolomiti Superski area.
Ski equipment, carvers, snowboards, "bigfoot" skis, and sleds can
be hired.
