On December 25 the new Croda Negra chairlift will commence operation.

This 420m-long 2-seater will enable skiers to get to the Croda Negra summit from the Fedare piste. From there a new incredibly beautiful trail winds through the valley facing the Tofane and Sasso di Stria mountains, taking skiers to the Col Gallina and Falzarego ski area.
This new ski connection will cut about 40 minutes off the time required for the anticlockwise War in the Dolomites trail.
Ski area upgrade and environment protection
Thanks to this new lift the ski bus route between Bai de Dones (5 Torri bottom station) and Falzarego will become superfluous, reducing fuel consumption and lowering CO2 emissions by about 60 tonnes.
