Those who love winter sports can find an authentic skiers' paradise in Val di Zoldo, which is indeed part of the prestigious Civetta skiing area, the biggest in the Veneto region offering 80 kms of ski runs.

The areas of Zoldo, Pecol and Forno di Zoldo, as the main tourist areas, offer numerous forms of entertainment: evenings at the cinema, shops with very good home-made ice cream, après ski and moonlight walks. This is not all, however: there are different types of festivals, one of many being the traditional and well-known “Gnaga” (a competition and a parade of wooden masks). Furthermore there is the possibility of a large number of walks in the charming and peaceful woods of the Zoldo area.

| Civetta offers an unpolluted fairy-tale scenery with small, romantic mountain villages. The skiing area at Alleghe, Selva di Cadore, Palafavera and Valzoldana is located at the foot of the Civetta mountain and Monte Pelmo. There are over 80 km of snow guaranteed slopes due to their location at over 1,000 metres of altitude. The majority of the hotels and restaurants are small and welcoming. |

| In the Ski Civetta area, there are 5 Km. of slopes illuminated for night skiing. The slopes "Foppe" and "Cristelin" are always good covered with snow and you will have the opportunity to try a fantastic atmosphere while skiing in the evening. You can not forget to try suh an emotion!! Night skiing is possible from Tuesday to Saturday from 19.00 to 23.00. |
