The apartment has 2 bedrooms for a total of 6 beds; a queen-size bed in a double room and two bunk beds in another bedroom. The kitchen is ample and it is equipped with kitchen utensils; the living room is wide, too. Furthermore, Apartment Ai Piani features independent heating system with electric radiators and an amazing wood-burning ceramic stove. Bathroom with shower. Outside, the apartment features private parking spaces and a garage.

Its position makes it the ideal chioce for a holiday in the Dolomites: Ai Piani is just a few kilometers far from Cortina d'Ampezzo, Alleghe, Marmolada, Falcade, Arabba; the town centre is located just 100 m far from the apartment, while the ski slopes of the Ski Civetta ski area are located 3 km far from it in Pescul. The price includes stay + expenses (suppy of water, electricity and gas); sheets and towels available on request.

Apartment Ai Piani is less than 3 minutes by car far from the chair lift Pescul-Fertazza, the access point to the Ski Civetta ski area for the village of Selva di Cadore. This chair lift carries skiers quickly to the heart of the ski area; from here dozens of perfectly groomed ski slopes of every level of difficulty connect the resort to the valleys of Alleghe, Palafavera and Val di Zoldo. On the ski slopes of Alleghe is located also the new Alleghe Central Park, a place entirely dedicated to snowboarders and freeskiers that find here many jumps, rails, boxes and, of course, the amusing Big Air Bag, the biggest inflatable mattress of the Dolomites. Cozy mountain refuges and après-skis, boardercross slopes, kinderheims and training grounds, 5 km of illuminated ski slopes in Val di Zoldo (with an additional snowpark), many km of cross-country ski tracks (the Cross-Country Ski Centres "Peronaz" in Pescul and "Pompeo Fattor" in Palafavera are worth a visit), snowmobile and go kart ice circuits enhance the tourist offer of the widest ski area of the Veneto Region. Selva di Cadore offers furthermore a wide range of proposals dedicated to snowshoeing: it is possible to rent snowshoes and to take a tour on the many panoramic trails of the resort or to take part in guided tours, events and competitions dedicated to this fascinating activity. In Selva di Cadore, not far from the main square, is located the interesting Public Museum of the Fiorentina Valley "Vittorino Cazzetta"; this museum features important pieces related to the ancient history of the valley, among which the most important ones are undoubtedly the remains of the so-called "Om de Mondeval" (the Man of Mondeval"), a hunter-gatherer that lived in Mondeval de Sora almost 7500 years ago, and the archaeological ruins of the Mandriz site. During the touristic seasons, the Museum Cazzetta organises interesting educational activities and tours for families and children. In the hamlet of Santa Fosca, guests can admire the suggestive Church of Santa Fosca, a centuries-old building with a fascinating style and a huge fresco representing St. Christoforus. The several hamlets of Selva di Cadore preserve the original charm of the untouched mountain villages, and can be visited in summer with interesting guided tours. in the neighboring Municipality of Colle Santa Lucia, guests can visit the ancient Fursil Mines, interesting iron mines that have had for centuries a strategic importance for the Tyrol, and the amazing ethnografic museum managed by the Istitut Ladin Cultural Cesa de Jan at the Chizzali-Bonfadini Palace . In summer, Selva di Cadore offers many wonderful itineraries for hikers, mountainbikers and walkers; road cyclists can test their skills on the nearby mountain passes Passo Giau (that conncects Selva di Cadore with Cortina d'Ampezzo) and Passo Staulanza (that connects Selva di Cadore with the Zoldo Valley).

In November 2017 the Municipality of Selva di Cadore will adopt the City Tax, € 0.50 per night per person over 12. The tax is not due in case of legally protected status.
