Here's a selection of dishes suggested by the Chef:
First courses: Pappardelle with wild game sauce, Gulaschsuppe, Casunziei (stuffed pasta) with red turnip and poppy seeds, Knödeln with spinach and melted butter, barley soup.
Main courses: game meat, cut of beef with rocket salad, roasted deer with cranberries, fried cheese, armillaria mellea, boletus edulis, stewed roe deer.
Dessert: apple strudel, panna cotta with caramel, blueberries with whipped cream.
