Walking - Strada da la Vena

This is an interesting tract that covers the old iron supply road in the territory of Buchenstein. This itinerary connects Colle S. Lucia, where the mineral used to be extracted and where the business headquarters for the mines were located, with the Andraz Castle, near where the forging ovens used to be. The route brings the tourist into contact with a typically Alpine landscape, with forests, pastures and wooden hay barns, and you can admire charming little villages and splendid views onto various Dolomite massifs, including the Pelmo, Civetta, Marmolada and the Boé.
