Mountain Hut Nuvolau

Standing on the peak of a mountain in the beatiful Dolomites, Nuvolau hut is famous for the incomparable panorama it offers: a spread 360 degrees view spaces from the Marmolada ski resort to the famous Tofana mountains through Austrian glaciers. Its strategic position made it one of the most important points of view during First World War. Nuvolau hut can be easily reached from many touristic stations: Cortina d'Ampezzo, Corvara and Arabba as it is placed between two important passages: "Passo Falzarego" and "Passo Giau". You can reach it by many paths, but the last part of all of them can be only be done on foot.
