An exhibition to discover ancient, sometimes forgotten, crafts.
Th exhibition is dedicated to the discovery of some crafts that were once performed daily but have now almost disappeared. Besides artisanal crafts like filigree and tar-kashi, visitors will be able to learn about professions like the tanner, the shoemaker and the beekeper or the wool weavers, who most of the times took care of the whole process, from sheep shearing to creating skilful and elegant works. The exhibition is implemented with panels describing the processing of milk, cheese, speck, linen and canvas to involve visitors in a journey through time, because a better understanding of the past is fundamental to grasp the present and improve the future.
The exhibition is on until 18th April 2022 with the following opening hours: 3:00pm-7:00pm - closed on Mondays To enter the exhibition, it is mandatory to show one's green pass and wear a face mask. www.musei.regole.it
