This event, promoted by Confcooperative Belluno and Treviso, will bring once again to Cortina, the Queen of the Dolomites, gourmet tastings, show-cookings and events to present the products of the region.
This year’s topic of the event, "The taste of sustainability", highlights its goal: to show the importance of cooperative enterprises for the regional economy, as well as to present the sustainability processes they are implementing.
This year’s programme includes Coop Gourmet, a cooking competition for students of Hotel schools and similar institutes. The dishes will be tasted by a jury of expert chefs.
In the afternoon, the famous Imoco volley team will play with Cortina’s athletes and the public.
The public will also be able to taste the best product of local cooperative enterprises from the region, including awarded cheeses, honeys from the Dolomites, marmalade and confectionery products.
