El Brite de Larieto

The small agriturismo is situated not too far from Cortina on the road leading to the Tre Croci Pass, in the biggest forest of larches in Europe. It’s been recently done up and it is run by the Gaspari Coletìn family who offers rigorously homemade dishes from cured meats to desserts, including ice cream and panna cotta. The gnocchi filled with cheese or artichokes and the red beetroot canerderli on a bed of horseradish cream are the speciality dishes of the chef Riccardo Gaspari. Not to forget the mixed grills, the goulasch, the steaks, the roast beef and the meats exclusively bred on site.
