Lo Scoiattolo Food Truck

The Scoiattolo Food Truck was born from the Alberti family's dream of giving you special moments thanks to the magical combination of simple, genuine, quality dishes with the breathtaking landscape of our Dolomites. Because you know, food in the mountains tastes special! 

Our Food Truck is a modern reproduction of the historic Citroen Type H: one of the most original vehicles on the road since 1947. 

With our Truck we follow the Dolomite stages of the Giro d'Italia, sporting events such as SellaRonda Bike Day, the Dolomites Bike Day, La Sportiva Lavaredo Ultra Trail, etc. every year. In the past we have also had the pleasure of collaborating with Fiorentina Calcio. 

We also pperate as caterers at parties and private homes, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, charity, sports and amateur events. We take care of organising the event at 360 degrees by bringing, in addition to our food, our set-up that consists of lights, cushions, blankets, braziers, mushrooms, tensile structure... and much more with the aim of creating a unique ambience and satisfying every need. 

You will find us daily for lunch and dinner during the summer and winter season in Cortina. Every one of our themed evenings or events, as well as all the trips we make with the food truck, are posted on the Scoiattolo's Instagram and WhatsApp. 

At our Truck you will find simple and genuine cuisine, linked to the tradition of the mountain territory. Here you can taste the wines of the historic Polvaro Estate in Annone Veneto, an ideal place for the growth and yield of vineyards, thanks to the microclimate formed by the meeting of the foothills of the Alps in the distance and the sea 20 km away; and during the theme evenings the different versions of Kapriol Gin, a historic product of the Distilleria dell'Alpe, composed of over 15 botanicals, as well as the latter's grappas and bitters.
