Rifugio Giussani
Rifugio Mietres offers a 360° view on the Dolomites of the Ampezzo Valley and a menu of simple, traditional dishes like canederli, casunziei and platters of cheese and cold cuts, with particular attention to the seasonality of the ingredients.
The refuge was built by the alpine guide Lorenzo Lorenzi, who still runs it together with his family, and it has breathtaking views over the 5 Torri area.
