Located at the bottom of the Tofane mountain group , Il Meloncino Restaurant is a true cooking establishment. It is run by Franco Melon, his family. The secret of their success has been enhancing the simple local dishes with her mum’s recipes and loads of her own as well. This fusion has produced beautiful risottos, white polenta with scallops and porcini mushrooms, blueberry sorbet with star anise. This year there is a new entry that you can’t miss: the Meloncino cake.
