The Chalet Cima Uomo is located in a quiet, sunny position at an altitude of 2030 m on Passo San Pellegrino, in the heart of Dolomites.
Products manufactured by our farm, such as cheese, salami, sausages and meat (in our stock farm we raise cattle, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese) are the core of our menus and dishes.
The Serafinis are personally in charge of the cuisine: traditional and regional, it suggests ever-changing dishes so as to meet each guest’s need or desire.
