The Dolomites are distinctive mountains. In winter, a variety of activities allow you to enjoy the unique landscape of the Dolomites: ski-runs down scenic slopes, challenging World Cup pistes and exciting ski mountaineering tours. But also snowshoeing, tobogganing or cross-country skiing. Sunny days invite you to explore the nature of the Dolomites against the backdrop of breathtaking panoramas. Only a few steps from the slopes, you will find architectural jewels, state-of-the-art technology and the unique culture of the Dolomites. In the mountain huts you can enjoy specialities made from regional ingredients, while gourmets can spoil their palates in the starred restaurants. An unforgettable experience? An aperitif at sunset, admiring the spectacle of the 'enrosadira'.

Do you know what 'Enrosadira' is? Enrosadira refers to the phenomenon of intense colouring rose assumed by the rock faces at sunrise and sunset.

Ski in our Parco Neve Sole

Ski San Vito is located just a few steps from the centre of the picturesque Cadore resort. The sun is the symbol of this ski area, which offers slopes that are always perfectly prepared, various refreshment points, refuges and huts with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Skiing in San Vito is certainly synonymous with safety, relaxation and hospitality for an all-round target audience, where the emphasis is on the family and for those who love peace and nature. San Vito di Cadore, with its ski area, is ideal for children and their families with the beautiful Neve Sole Park.

With the snowshoes

In addition to downhill skiing, there is the possibility of practising ski mountaineering and pleasant excursions with 'Ciaspe' to discover enchanting places where only silence and peace reign. A fascinating world to discover the mountains in winter, enjoy its immaculate landscapes and have fun away from the ski slopes. The routes that can be taken are truly countless, but we advise you to rely on an alpine guide, because the mountains in winter are truly marvellous, but you must explore them carefully and safely, assessing the weather forecast for the snowpack and your own training.

Relaxing in a Spa

The Cadore, with its green forests and autumnal hues, is the ideal place to relax. To take the time for you, among the many opportunities and proposals - flavours, places, emotions - a day in a spa is a must.
The cosy of a sauna or Turkish bath will help you regain your natural balance, removing all stress and tension from your body and mind. The sensations transmitted by a Kneipp path, with the alternation of hot and cold, will help stimulate your blood circulation, tone your muscles and boost your body's immune defences.

Reach refuges

The Cadore is a beautiful place to visit at any time of year, but there's something about winter that brings out its true magic. Thatched roofs loaded with snow, frost-laden meadows, and outdoor skating rinks make everything feel festive and fun in winter. Sensations that make a skiing holiday so special, even if you're not a ski lover... or maybe you are, but you want to experience something different, between one descent and the next. Some roads or paths (when there is a lot of snow) are groomed by snowmobile or snowcat so that you can walk on them either with snowshoes or on foot.
