The Restaurant Farmhouse Valles Basso offers typical dishes, for example "polenta and schiz" or "polenta and salsiccia".
Products manufactured by our farm, such as cheese, salami, sausages and meat (in our stock farm we raise cattle, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese) are the core of our menus and dishes.
