The Butcher Conz, equipped with its own slaughterhouse, works exclusively fresh meat and origin from local farms.
Processing is strictly traditional and recipes respect the most typical tradition and genuine. The products are varied and appetizing: deer meat and fresh venison, sausages, bacon and pancetta, salted meat, pastin, sausages.
All products can be purchased directly at the store in the village of Santa Fosca.
