The inside of the refuge is striking for its elegance, but the Peziè de Parù's cuisine is well anchored in original recipes, guaranteed by the chef, a local man who prepares for his guests casunziei, canederli (dumplings) and barley soup according to the most rigorous local traditions.
Much appreciated are the grappas flavoured with ginger, cumin, bilberries or wild mountain herbs: Fabiano, the manager of the refuge, as well as being an expert barman is always pleased to suggest to his guests combinations of dishes and wines or liqueurs to end the meal.
