Free Skipass A child (born after the 26.11.2003) is entitled to a free skipass for the same period on purchase of a skipass by an adult relative. This offer refers to "a parent for each child". - except daily tickets, 12 days in the season and seasonal passes. To obtain a free skipass is necessary to ask in person and present proof of identity - A Multiday transferable skipass is available for parents with a child up to 3 years old ask prices to the cashier - except daily tickets, 12 days in the season and seasonal passes -
Refunds
Only in the case of skiing accidents it is possible to receive a partial reimbursment of unused ski passes. Reimbursement will take place in the days following the return of the skipass. A request for reimbursment will thus be accepted only if accompanied by the returned skipass and a medical certificate. The reimbursment is calculated based on how many days have already been used by the bearer and this procedure is also valid for the seasonal skipasses.
