Snowshoes - Mount Fertazza

Leave the car in Pescul 1415 m, in the parking at the start of the chair lift to Monte Fertazza. Beyond the chair lift on the left side takes the trail n. 569. This route almost always beat you completely winds in whitened wood and climb until you get to the first stop on Rifugio Fertazza at an altitude 1839 m. This first stretch takes about 1:30 h.

To reach the Mount Fertazza and the Ristoro Belvedere 2082 m 100 m. before arriving at the Rifugio Fertazza turn right along a path that leads to rise through the forest go up along a larch wood and ancient huts until you get near the ski slope that exceeds upstream, continuing in a short time you reach the Ristoro Belvedere. This second part is more challenging also saw the drop. But from the Mount you can admire a unique landscape, various Dolomite groups stand out in front of our eyes Marmolada, the Civetta,  Pelmo, the Sella Group, the Cernera chain until Antelao and the Plateau of the Pale di San Martino. The possibility to takes the 2 chairlifts, offers an excellent alternative for those who want only take the first or second part of the trail with snowshoes.
