Snowshoes - the ancient village of L'Andria

From L'Andria 1468 m the ancient historic village where among barns and old houses you can still smell the scent of rural life at the beginning this excursion. We pass the small Church of San Osvaldo and on the right there is a small road that climbs very steep for a few dozen meters. The slope leads us now to gain altitude quickly so we can admire a beautiful view of Val Fiorentina. We climb again leaving a lodge on our right and cross the brook Rio Stretto until you find the crossroad of Pien Darè 1650 m. For those who want to be here, you can descend at Franceschin and return to L' Andria so as to shorten the trip. Instead, we continue straight on a road that now becomes flat and goes down to the locality of Zardin 1444 m. From where you can reach the square of Selva di Cadore and return with the ski bus or along the highway in L'Andria-Santa Fosca.
