Refuge Averau

The cuisine of Rifugio Averau is of the highest standard, and includes expertly re-appraised traditional dishes from the valleys of the Dolomites, exquisitely prepared and served. The Refuge is located in the Ski Area 5 Torri- Lagazuoi and can be reached in winter by ski or footpath or chairlift. During the winter they are organized with uphill dinners in the snowcat.
