During high season, bus line Nr. 1 runs every half an hour to the bus terminal in connection with the frequent ski buses. Faloria cable car /gondola is 2 km. – 5 min by car; Tofana/Freccia nel Cielo cable car/gondola is 3,6 km – 8 min. by car; Lacedel/Socrepes Ski lifts are 5,2 km. – 10 min. by car on Road SR48; Passo Falzarego-Lagazuoi-5 Torri = are 18.3 km. – 29 min. by car on Road SR48; Misurina 3 Cime Lavaredo are 16.9 km. – 26 min. by car on Road SR48; the bike route is only 1km far away (starting point in Cojana-La Riva).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of the 30% of the fee and the sign of the agreement. The balance has to be paid 15 days before the starting of the lease. If not, the reservation is automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation, the following penalities are due: 30% of the total fee up to 15 days from the beginning of the lease; 50% of the total fee between 15 and 5 days from the beginning of the lease; 100% of the total fee for less than 5 days from the beginning of the lease.
The pre-arranged rate includes also the expenses for electricity, water, service charges, waste tax and final cleaning. The heating expenses are included up to a maximum of 35 hours per week. For higher consumption guest will be charged 3 Euros per hour. For the calculation of the heating hours Homeowner and Guest will check together the hours upon arrival and departure time and will fill up the appropriate form.
At key collection, a 300 Euros deposit is required (in cash), which will be returned at the end of the staying, deducted any damage and the expenses not included in the fee. The homeowner will not allow entrance to the apartment to the Guest who has not paid the deposit.
Unless otherwise agreed, arrival and departure time are as follows and must be observed: arrival after 04.00 p.m. departure whithin 10.00 a.m. Guests must inform the Homeowner (and agree with him) about any changes concerning the date and hour of arrival at least 3 days in advance. In case of unpredictable delay on the day of arrival, Guests must inform the owner by phone between 12.00noon and 08.00 p.m.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR ALL GUESTS
1. This is a non smoking apartment and non smoking outside area.
2. The apartment is part of a house with other two occupied apartments, so the maximum respect of privacy and tranquillity of other inhabitants is requested.
3. It is also requested maximum attention in the application of the rules for the waste collection (appropriate material will be supplied for this).
Please note that apartments are not touristic facilities like hotels or residence, but private houses. Therefore there are no international standards or categories, but they respect the local traditions and taste of the owner. So if differences might provide dissatisfaction, these can not be accepted as a complain.
