Aprés Skimo

Food and wine excellence will accompany the Ski Mountaineering World Cup Finals, from 6 to 10 April 2024.

In Col Gallina there will be the PalaSkimo Delicious, a marquee where the public can taste typical food and have fun during and after the races, open 6-7-9-10 April from 10:30 to 19:00.

The initiative stems from the collaboration between the Fondazione Cortina, Cortina Delicious and ISTA Ski Area. Thanks to the presence of PalaSKiMo Delicious, the public will not only be able to watch the ski mountaineering races, but also enjoy a gastronomic experience, which promises to be the perfect accompaniment to an exciting sporting event. In collaboration with the best local suppliers, Cortina Delicious will raise the bar for high-altitude food and wine, offering typical dishes prepared with zero-kilometre ingredients.

This unique gastronomic proposal will be a perfect fusion of tradition and innovation, offering visitors an authentic taste of the Dolomites' culinary culture while delighting them with innovative flavours and combinations.

At PalaSkiMo Delicious there will be no shortage of entertainment: every day various artists will entertain the public with their music, but the highlights will be the first and last day of competitions with the "aprés-skimo":

Saturday from 15:00 there will be a performance by the Tyrol Stones, the Austrian duo famous for their reinterpretation of music of various genres, from Elvis Presley to Jon Bon Jovi to Tyrolean yodels, while on Wednesday from 15:00 there will be a big party to celebrate the athletes and the end of the races.
