Yoga at high altitude

Every Friday from 12 July to 30 August 2024, from 09:00 to 11:00.
On the panoramic terrace of Capanna Ra Valles, wellbeing starts at an altitude of 2,475 metres: the sun kicks off the new day and its beloved spectators begin the day with that special energy that the Dolomites illuminated by dawn and the practice of yoga give off.
At the end of the lesson there will be the opportunity to enjoy a natural and genuine snack on the splendid panoramic terrace of Ra Valles.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Cost of the experience: € 40.00 per person (includes cable car ticket - cable car - yoga lesson. Breakfast offered by Ra Valles).
Minimum 4 participants - maximum 15 participants.
Meeting point: 09.00 a.m. at the cable car departure point. The lesson lasts about an hour together with Yoga teacher Adima Bernardi.
