Every Friday from 7 July to 25 August from 09:00 to 11:00, on the panoramic terrace of Capanna Ra Valles, wellness starts at an altitude of 2,475 metres: the sun kicks off the new day and its beloved spectators to start the day with that special energy that the Dolomites illuminated by dawn give off, whatever the weather. At the end of the lesson there will be the opportunity to enjoy a natural and genuine snack on the splendid panoramic terrace of Ra Valles.
