This place mixes together the beauty and the charm of the Monti Pallidi (the Dolomites) and the professionalism of the Siorpaes family who has run it for over 50 years. In the winter they cater self- service and offers traditional Italian main courses, such as pork shank, very much loved by skiers. In the summer you can choose from the menu à la carte, from tagliatelle with sausages and mushrooms, to speck or cheese “canederli” and the red casunziei.
