Restaurant Pontejel


The restaurant Pontejèl, with decorated in typical Wien style, is the ideal place to taste the typical dishes from the Tyrol, the Veneto region and of the Ladin Valleys. The recipes are revisited with taste and imagination by Marco, chef and owner, and his brothers Carlo and Lorenzo Barozzi. Indulge yourself with pasta parcels filled with figs and potatoes served with melted butter, smoked ricotta and speck, or potatoes cannoli pasta filled with gruviera cheese served with porcini mushrooms sauté. Not to miss are also the liver “alla veneziana” (prepared according to a recipe from Venezia) or the “baccalà alla vincentina” (dried salted cod prepared according to a recipe from Vicenza).
