Giro d'Italia al de Len

From 16 December, Hotel de Len inaugurates a series of events to discover regional food and wine treasures through Italy's most representative wineries.

It will host Il Giro d'Italia at the de LEN, a project born of the ambition to enhance regional wine uniqueness and protect its diversity, promoting Italian food and wine tourism through collaboration between the worlds of tourism and wine.

The Giro d'Italia is a multi-sensory journey, the perfect opportunity to make new connections and share moments.

Each appointment will be divided into three different moments combining education and entertainment:

17.30 Masterclass. Tasting of typical wines from each region, guided by the producers themselves, to discover the treasures of Italian regional food and wine.

18.30 Aperitif. Light refreshments to share thoughts, emotions and suggestions.

20.30 Four-hands Dinner. At the de LEN Restaurant, a dinner will be served at convivial tables, where traditional dishes from the region of the host winery will be revisited in a modern key by the guest chef and Andrea Ribaldone, chef of the de LEN Restaurant.

The historic South Tyrolean winery Kettmeir on 8 March will represent the sparkling nuances of the South Tyrolean vineyards in collaboration with star chef Alessandro Gilmozzi of the 'El Molin' restaurant.
