The Queen of Taste

The leitmotif of this year's event is the valorisation of catering in mountain areas capable of generating year-round tourist flows.

Three appointments:

SATURDAY 9 SEPTEMBER - StrEat Chef

17:00 meeting in Piazza A. Dibona for accreditation and welcome aperitif.

17:30 departure aboard our shuttle service for the itinerant dinner by Chef Team Cortina (restaurants Baita Fraina, Villa Oretta, Lago Scin and Al Camin, Pasticceria Alverà). At each stop, three chefs will welcome guests with menus linked to the territory and paired with fine wines.

Around 23:00 end of the event.

SUNDAY 10 SEPTEMBER

9:30 a.m. at the Casa delle Regole the conference The courage of difference - happy isolation, hospitality and mountain biodiversity in comparison. A series of talks with national and international guests, moderated by expert and food and wine critic Marco Colognese, in collaboration with Globetrotter Gourmet.

12:45 p.m. walk to Piazza A.Dibona and accreditation.

13:00 in piazza A.Dibona StrEat Lunch: starred guests and promising young chefs together with the hosts will serve guests in the piazza della Conchiglia under the bell tower, in an exclusive setting.
