SanBrite’s natural and organic cooking, just over three years after its opening, enters the pages of the historic Michelin guide, becoming the second Michelin-starred restaurant in Cortina, together with Restaurant Tivoli.
Apart from game and lamb there is also plenty of fish from the nearby fish markets of Venezia and Chioggia.
